The Annual General Meeting of Dovre Group Plc held on March 28, 2018, decided that out of the annual compensation to be paid to the Board members, 40 % of the total gross compensation will be used to purchase Dovre Group Plc’s shares (DOV1V) in trading through Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd.

Svein Stavelin was nominated as the Chairman of the Board in the meeting of Dovre Group Plc’s Board on August 31, 2018. Previously Svein Stavelin was the Vice Chairman of the Board. Dovre Group Plc has acquired shares to Svein Stavelin as follows: ____________________________________________
